1. Definitions “Client” means any individual or business requesting services. “Company” means Neatly Done. “Services” means mastic and silicone sealing or any related work carried out by the Company.  
2. Estimates and Quotes All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes are based on information provided by the Client. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes.  
3. Deposits A deposit may be required at the Company’s discretion in the following circumstances: Where specialist materials must be purchased in advance. Where significant travel or accommodation arrangements are necessary to complete the work. Any required deposit will be confirmed in writing before the booking is accepted.
4. Payment Terms Domestic Clients: Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice date. Commercial Clients: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. All payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided.  
5. Cancellation Policy The Client must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an agreed appointment. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the agreed cost. Any non-refundable deposits for materials or travel will not be returned in the event of cancellation.  
6. Workmanship Guarantee The Company guarantees workmanship for 6 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or cleaning products. General wear and tear. Movement or failure of underlying surfaces or structures. Any issues must be reported in writing within the guarantee period.  
7. Access and Preparation The Client must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area. The Company will not be held responsible for delays caused by insufficient access. Clients are advised to clear personal items and valuables before work commences.  
8. Liability and Limitations The Company will take all reasonable care while carrying out work. Limit of Liability: The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the Services provided, unless otherwise required by law. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.  
9. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform where such delays are caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Extreme weather, Illness, Supplier failures, Transport disruptions, Acts of God.  
10. Complaints If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in writing within 7 days of completion. We will aim to resolve any issue promptly and fairly. If we cannot resolve your complaint informally, you may refer the matter to the relevant trade association or Ombudsman service.  
11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  
By commissioning Neatly Done to carry out work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
